Leakage after installation
Please make sure a washer is properly placed between the device and
the faucet and the washer is of proper thickness. Wrap teflon tape
necessary
(2) Please make sure the device is tightly screwed down
Please make sure the water pressure is within the range of 0.05-08MPa
Water does not flow out after sensing
O Please make sure the faucet is turn on and water supply is not cut off
(2) Please make sure your movement is within the detection range(0-5. 5cm)
3 Please check if the sensing area is covered by water or vapor and wipe
it clean if there is any
4)Please make sure no obstacles are placed near the sensing area within
the range of 20 cm
5) Please check there is enough battery. When your hands move close to
the sensing area and the indicator light flashes red or doesn ' t flash at all,
please charge the battery in time

The water doesnt stop when using
Please check if the sensing area is covered by water or vapor and wipe
it clean if there is any

Please make sure there is no highly reflective objects around the device
If there is any, remove it or adjust the direction of the reflective side
Water flow narrows after some time
(1 Please make sure the faucet and the inlet angel valve are fully tumed on
(2) If necessary, remove the device and clean up the filter on the inlet side
and the aerator to prevent blocking
Battery Charging
The device is charged through a Micro USB interface. It can be charged
directly by a battery tank or after disconnected from the faucet. When the
battery is low, the light on the sensing area flashes red to indicate the
need of recharging. The light remains red when charging and tums green
when the battery is full. Please make sure the faucet is tumed off before
charging the battery
2 The interface for battery charging is waterproof. After charging, please
tightly press the plug against the interface to prevent corrosion
Abnormal change of water temperature
(1 Some models of water heaters may see the backflow of cold/hot water
due to the differential water pressure. Installation of a check valve m
solve this problem
(2) Please make sure the temperature is no higher than 75 degrees Celsius
to prevent damage to the device
